Thursday 4th September 2008
On Monday 1st September my husband and I drove to Worthing hospital for our routine 20 week scan. We were silent on the way there and my husband asked how I was feeling. I replied “I am not sure if I am excited or nervous”. Even though we had had the routine 12 week scan and everything was ok, in the back of my mind I still hadn’t let myself get too excited about this pregnancy as my 1st&l ...

Strangers keep asking if it's any day now and I still have two weeks left! With each week every task gets a bit harder to do. Especially shopping I can't walk far at all now!
Oh my god I am so bored, I have packed my hospital bag twice and if I am honest I think I have over packed a wee bit! I have washed and ironed the clothes, shopped until I nearly popped and tidied the house from top to bottom. When is she coming? My belly has taken a life of it's own it's true what they say about the bump and gender mine is all front! But when I had my son I was like the stay puff woman! Litterally my face even got deformed from water rentention!

We its the begining of my story today! Have just been to the nurses and had my Mirena coil removed. It took ages for the nurse to find it and my cervix was hiding! But finally and painlessly its out!!!!! Should have my period tomorrow so starting on CD1 tomorrow.
Me and hubby have decided to have a go for a blue one after 2 girls who we love all the world! We are going to use Dr Shettles method and use ovulation predictor kits to conceive after the LH surge. we'll be following his dietary advise and hubby will be consuming coffee before bd!!
Cant believe how excited I am, made more so by keeping our ttc a complete secret from everyone!!
Heres hoping for a BFP v soon!!!!

It must be about 4 weeks since my last blog and my daughter Charlotte is now 8 weeks old. Charlotte is doing so well putting on weight which is excellent as I had to stay in hospital for a week as she was not feeding very well. Charlotte has Downs so feeding from the breast was not working, I was expressing milk after every feed and amazingly I managed it for about 7 weeks, then I started to dwindle it down and now she is on just formula. We had a hospital appoinment on monday and Charlotte was weighed and she has put on nearly 2lb from birth which is fantastic. We have been for heart checks as well and everything is looking good as the whole in her heart is slightly closing so it may close on its own. We have got to go back in February to get it checked.
The kids love Charlotte to bits and are always fighting over her (who's going to hold her next). Charlotte is now smiling sometimes but not yet making noises but it will come and she ...
